CONSERVATION & STEWARDSHIP
One of the Last of Its Kind
Educational resources at Moccasin Lake
Friends of Moccasin Lake is committed to raising awareness, educating, and inspiring the Clearwater community and visitors alike about one of the last truly natural green spaces left in Florida's most developed county.
We believe in giving the next generation a reason to care about what's still wild close to home, and the tools to help keep it that way.
Our volunteer naturalists are ready to welcome you, whether you're a curious first-time visitor, a classroom of second graders, or a lifelong birder. Or let us bring the park to you, with a guided presentation on Old Florida's ecosystems brought directly to your school or group.
Advance booking is required for school and group programs. Get in touch.
